The Corazza Family: tied to these lands since 1880
La famiglia Corazza è da sempre al centro delle attività che si svolgono nel Castello di Tabiano. Sin dal 1880, quando il capostipite Giacomo Corazza acquistò il Castello con tutte le sue terre, si è adoperata per riportarlo al suo antico splendore. La ristrutturazione dei Casali, avvenuta a partire dal 2005, è la prosecuzione del lavoro svolto dalla famiglia in tutti questi anni. In particolare, Giacomo Corazza, nipote del capostipite, ha voluto riportare l’azienda agricola ai suoi antichi fasti, reintroducendo le coltivazioni biologiche e affiancandole ai frutteti e all’orto del castello.

The bond with the area and with the people is the distinctive feature of this family, which has always been industrious and hardworking. Agriculture is the main activity, together with the production of local specialties such as Parmigiano-Reggiano and a good table wine, typical of these charming hills.
