Description
With its role as Dustin Hoffman's "sidekick" in the cult film "The Graduate", the Alfa Romeo Duetto, in its many versions, is one of the very few Italian thoroughbred cars that have managed to create a real myth even overseas. Provided with a beautiful Pininfarina signed body and a 120 HP engine, the name Duetto was decreed by a competition launched among the readers of the main family magazines of the time. However, the progenitor of the series was soon renamed (by enthusiasts and amateurs) "Osso di seppia" (Cuttlefish bone) or "Coda tonda" (Round tail) due to its smooth shape and thin tail stretched backwards.
